Short-Term CBT & Biofeedback

Join a 6-12 week individual or group program to manage your anxiety, depression or pain! We meet in the evening or during lunch, using a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), relaxation and/or biofeedback.

Monday Night Group, 7-8 PM $30 for 6-8 week session

CBT for your mind + relaxation & mINDFULNESS for your body

Thursday Lunch Break Option, 12:30 PM

30 or 45 minute CBT and biofeedback combo

Individual Short Term Program

8-12 WEEK PROGRAMS COMBINING CBT and biofeedback
