This group is designed for young men, ages 12-17 who need a place to “strength train” physically, mentally and emotionally. Expect to exercise, learn and practice coping strategies and strong thinking patterns for anxiety, depression and self-esteem. Talk and work out at the same time!
Mondays 6:45-7:45 PM (every other week) starting 10/22/18 ONGOING
$45 per session (or insurance copay x 6); semester fee due at the beginning of each semester
