Specialized Support and Parent Programs

(In-Person & Online in Maryland)

Some experiences require more specialized care and a deeper level of understanding.

Whether you’re navigating adoption, foster care dynamics, or complex medical and trauma-related challenges like PANS/PANDAS, you may feel overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure where to turn.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

🌿 How we support you

We provide specialized support for:

  • Adoptive and foster families
  • Children, teens, and adult adoptees
  • Parents navigating complex behavioral and emotional needs
  • Families impacted by trauma, attachment disruptions, or medical-related behavioral changes (such as PANS/PANDAS)

Our goal is to provide both therapeutic support and practical tools to help your family feel more connected, informed, and empowered.

Our approach

We use specialized, trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches, including:

Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI)

Attachment-focused therapy (Theraplay, dyadic approaches)

Play and expressive therapies for children

Parent-child relationship work

These approaches recognize that behavior is often rooted in past experiences, not just present choices.
