Virtual Group for Pre-Teens & Teens (Ages 12–15)

About the Group

This 8-week virtual group is designed to help teens explore and strengthen their sense of self-worth in a safe, guided environment.

Through a combination of guided activities, mindfulness, and creative expression (no experience needed), participants will begin to understand themselves in a more compassionate and confident way.

What participants will learn

  • Identify and shift negative self-beliefs
  • Build confidence, self-awareness, and resilience
  • Develop healthy communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Navigate friendships and social challenges with more ease
  • Feel supported and connected with peers in a non-judgmental space

  • Format: Virtual
  • Dates: February 6 – March 20, 2026
  • Schedule: Fridays, 7:00–8:00 PM
  • Duration: 8 weeks
