Have you noticed your child or teen saying negative things about themselves? Do they struggle with self-confidence, put others first at their own expense, or have difficulty navigating friendships, school pressures, or conflict?

We invite your teen to join our 8-week “Making Sense of Your Self-Worth” virtual group, starting 2/6/26, designed specifically for youth ages 12-15.

This weekly group meets once a week on Fridays and provides a safe, supportive space where teens can explore their sense of self-worth and learn healthy ways to cope with social and academic pressures.

Through guided activities, mindfulness meditations, and creative arts (no experience necessary), participants will:

  • Identify negative self-beliefs and learn strategies to reframe them into positive, self-affirming thoughts
  • Build confidence, self-awareness, and emotional resilience
  • Practice healthy communication and conflict-resolution skills, including recovery from bullying or harmful relationships
  • Connect with peers in a supportive, non-judgmental environment

This group is ideal for teens who may struggle with self-esteem, people-pleasing, or self-criticism and would benefit from structured support and connection.

If you are interested in enrolling your child or would like more information, please reach out! Space is limited!
